Mama Stamberg's Cranberry Relish Recipe

2 Cups raw cranberries
1 small onion
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons horseradish

Mix the ingredients and freeze. 

On Thanksgiving morning move the mixture to the refrigerator to thaw

Susan Stambergs M-in-L's Cranberry Relish, (that looks like Pepto-Bismol,
but tastes great!!)

Process (in the food processor, dope)
Two cups of raw, whole, rinsed cranberries
One small onion

Add to that 1/2 cup turbinado or brown sugar (instead of white)
3/4 cup sour cream
Two tablespoons of grated horseradish (not creamstyle)

I added about 4 tablespoons, (more or less) Frangelico or Grand Marnier (or
both)

Mix all ingredients and freeze.

On the morning of serving day, move this to the fridge to thaw.

Serve.


I like this stuff so much, I'd eat it as a dip with chips!!!
